Reef Sale accepts three payment methods. Nothing more, nothing less.

- PayPal
These are the only ways you can pay on our website. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, bank transfers, cryptocurrency, or any other form of payment not listed above.
How payment works
When you checkout, you select your preferred method. For credit cards, we authorize the full amount at the time of order. The actual charge happens only after we confirm the order. PayPal users will be redirected to PayPal’s secure login page.
Security
All payment transactions are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. Your credit card details are sent directly to our payment processors – we never store full card numbers on our servers. PayPal transactions follow PayPal‘s own security and privacy rules.
Billing accuracy
You agree to provide correct and current billing information. If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Reef Sale is not responsible for declined charges caused by insufficient funds, expired cards, or issues on your bank’s side.
Pricing and taxes
All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Taxes are included in the displayed price for orders shipped to addresses where we are required to collect tax. If a pricing error occurs on our site, we will notify you and give you the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel the order.
Refunds to payment methods
Refunds are always sent back to the original payment method you used when ordering. For detailed refund timing, please see our Return & Refund Policy.

We may update this policy occasionally. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page tells you when the latest changes were made. Your continued use of our site means you accept the updated policy.
