Where we deliver
Reef Sale ships exclusively to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
How fast we process your order
Once you complete your purchase, our team needs 1–2 business days to prepare your package. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time or on weekends/holidays start processing on the next business day.
Delivery time after dispatch
After your order leaves our facility, you can expect it to arrive within 3–5 business days. These are estimates – occasional delays may happen due to weather, carrier volume, or other events outside our control.
Shipping cost
We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase, no hidden fees.
Carrier selection
We work with multiple logistics partners (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL). The carrier for your order is chosen at our discretion based on your location and package characteristics. All carriers we use are reliable and provide tracking.
Order tracking
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is on its way. You can monitor your package’s journey directly on the carrier‘s website.
What happens if a package cannot be delivered
If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address (provided by you), multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, we will contact you. Reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.
Customs and duties
Because we ship only within the United States, no customs, duties, or international taxes apply to any Reef Sale order.
